The OWLE Bubo is made from strong, solid and hand milled aluminium, which makes it virtually indestructible. It fits snugly around your iPhone and comes with a silicone case to pop your phone into, before inserting it into the aluminium stabiliser which stops any shaky filming. The Owle Bubo also has threaded holes for a tripod or mount.

If that wasn't impressive enough this kit also comes with a 37mm wide angle lens with 0.45x wide angle/macro lens, adjustable Vericorder microphone and the acclaimed Rotolight RL48-A Stealth - an LED ring light powered by 3 x AAA batteries. Accompanying the incredible light are 6 colour correction filters and a handy case to carry all components of this kit.

But how often will you use it?

In the design world, it is totally possible to get everything right and it still not work. The Owle does everything it promises (with the possible exception of the microphone, which is criminally bad). It does make the iphone much steadier and the lens does make the shot nicer. The rubber sleeve does hold it tightly in place, and so on and so forth. But how often will you use it? The great thing about an iPhone is how deliciously portable it is. If you have to carry around a big hunk of cast metal, and maybe the light disc thing too, why not just take a bigger camera, like a DLSR?I bought mine months ago but have only used it a couple of times. But I have shot lots of other videos with my iphone in the meantime.Great design... but pretty much useless.

Great Product!!

I love shooting video and still on my iphone, but this kit has taken that to a whole other level! The quality of the Video with this is massively enhanced by the lens, but also by significantly reducing the hand 'jitter' you naturally get when trying to shoot video without this. The Rotolight adds a fantastic quality light for Both video and stills and you can even adjust the colour temperature of the light too! Comes in a great carry case so i can have it all with me ready to go when i want to use it, all in all a phenomenal product, can't recommend more highly!!

A really good sewing machine

I bought the Janome 423s this year after previously owning a Janome New Home (not sure of the model but it cost £150 when I bought it). My old machine was fantastic and I used it to make everything from pyjamas to flags! My new machine is sturdier than the old one and comes with a hard plastic protective case. It has a one step button hole (never learned how to use the old system!), some really pretty additional stitches, and the bobbin winder is easily activated by pressing the bobbin against the notch on the top of the machine. It has a useful, slide-open storage compartment, with bobbin holders. In general it is a very reliable machine, if a little heavy to carry around.

Slick lighting

I am primarily a photographer and I have been working more and more with available light and fast prime lenses. While off camera flash is handy, a good LED lightsource to boost ambient light can be less intrusive if you match the light to what's around you.I picked up one of these kits to add flexibility to my kit when shooting things like food in restaurants, popping a subjects eyes when doing on the run portraits and sometimes to just help my AF out in dark situations. So far the results have been very satisfactory. I can hold my camera in one hand and the Rotolight in the other.On the construction side, this little guys is built well. It is also quite energy efficient and I haven't had any trouble getting it to outlast my shoot.

Great Bag!

After looking at hundreds of changing bags I decided to go for this one. It's a lot better than the changing bag that came with my travel system. The compartments in the bag are ideal for keeping stuff in, and make it much easier to find things (especially when you are in a hurry). It is big enough to keep everything for a day out as well as being able to use it as a hand bag. It can be worn in various different ways due to it having handles and an adjustable shoulder strap (which is detachable) - which is particularly useful if your hands are full. It also has straps for attaching the bag to your pram/buggy. It comes with a changing mat and a bottle holder which fit nicely into the bag.May be slightly expensive, but it's worth every penny.
