Highly recommended

This is the second of these bags that I have owned and Dakine have made a number of improvements. The old one lasted me for many years and a good many flights and road trips but it had a tendency to topple over when standing upright. This has been corrected although, on the down side, it will no longer squash so flat for storage. They have also introduced a simpler method of tightening the straps.These are great bags - very robust, very stylish, wonderfully easy to organize because of the compartments and, very importantly, they are easy to spot on the carousel at the airport.

Great piece of kit

I bought this as a replacement to an OEM radio/cassette/multi-cd player. The reason being that the original audio system would not play CD-Rs reliably, or CD-RWs at all. It had no auxiliary input so playing MP3 was also impossible. It had no DAB and no long wave band. The Kenwood KDC-DAB41U has all the above. It gives good control over audio settings and even knows what tracks you are playing on CDs and MP3 discs created yourself, provided they were tagged when writing them. I am very pleased with the sound quality.I have had it connected up to my steering wheel controls and this has worked perfectly.The DAB works reasonably well, although I paid for an aerial adapter so that the car's own aerial could be used rather than rely on the one that comes with it which sticks to the windscreen. With DAB you either seem to get a strong signal or none at all and sometimes it takes a while for the system to lock on to a signal. The other thing to note with the DAB is that the system claims to switch between DAB and FM automatically if a DAB signal is not being received for a channel which is also being broadcast on FM. In my experience (so far) this does not work. I've checked all the settings are correct. For this reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5.I haven't yet used the USB or auxiliary ports as I've had no need to.

WORKS WELL WHEN ABLE TO FOCUS ON TARGET AND KEEP THE UNIT STILL. PROBLEM USING IT IN THE WIND WHEN THE FLAG IS MOVING. IDEALLY WANT TO USE IT ON SOMETHING SOLID LIKE A ROOF OF A BUGGY/REST IT ON YOUR GOLF CART/BAG. FOR THE AMATUER, IT WILL DO ENOUGH TO GIVE EITHER AN ACCURATE GUIDE IF YOU CAN KEEP IT STILL OR A ROUGH GUIDE TO A BIGGER OBSTACLE. DON'T THINK IT WOULD GIVE YOU ANY IDEA OF A DRIVE LENGTH AS IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO KEEP IT STEADY TO PICK A BALL OUT AT 200YDS. FOR THE PRICE,IT DOES A JOB. AS THE MORE EXPENSIVE MODELS APPEAR SIMILAR IN SIZE AND FUNCTION, DON'T SPEND MORE THAN YOU NEED.

Snooper S400

I use the Garmin S1 which is good but only gives front, middle & back. I tried out a friends older Bushnell range finder and it was great. I read the reviews on the Snooper and though I would give it a go. Very quick delivery from Amazon as always. The Snooper is light and compact but comes with no instruction. Maybe not required, point and press and a yards to metres button. The button press does not feel positive so you end up pressing twice. I found that compared to the Bushnell you get a lot more inaccurate readings, either picking up something before or after the pin. You have to be dead on the actual flag to get a reading. This may just be user issues but I have no issues with the Bushnell, I generally get a rough guide from the S1 then get the exact from the range finder. If you have not used a Bushnell you will find this a good piece of kit. If you can afford the extra cash get the Bushnell, I guess in time you would get used to the Snooper. I am returning my Snooper and going for the Bushnell Tour V2.

I wasn't prepared to pay for a Bushnell so bought this instead and I've been really pleased with it. It took a couple of rounds to get the hang of it (had lots of bizarre yardages to begin with), but I now pick up the yardage straight away each time I use it without any difficulty. I have found that focussing on the flag rather than the stick is the key. I've compared its yardages with those of a friend's Bushnell, and they were identical. I am a 1 handicap golfer and have found it very useful, particularly for shorter yardages. I think it is value for money.

lovely sofa

I really wanted a corner sofa with chair in black and couldn't find one I liked that wasn't too big for my living room. So while I was on Amazon I thought I would have look. I loved the look of this sofa but wasn't sure of the quality. After measuring and realising it was the perfect size I decided to risk it. So glad I did!!It is a lovely sofa with nice deep seats and is very good quality.It looks really stylish. Being able to have it as a left or right corner is a real bonus as we'll be able to re-arrange the living room when we want to. It is a real bargain for the price and it was delivered 5 days with great communication between myself, the company and the delivery driver.Highly recommended!

I been saving to buy a bed for some time, but always seem to need to spend the money on something else so I choose this one mainly for it's price.It's great it looks fanatastic although it's much darker than the picture almost black, and is comfortable even with an inexpensive mattress.

Product came way earlier than the estimated dispatch time! Was pretty easy to put together & I did it alone. The mattress is really comfy & the bed feels super sturdy. I agree with the other comment about the colour, it is really nothing like the pictured colour, it is more black, but not a problem for me.

Good bed. A lot of screws to build it so be sure to have a good screwdriver. Don't get the standard mattress with it as its awful. Pay a bit more and get a good mattres.Couple of delivery issues as headboard was broken when I got it. The company was very quick to order a replacement though.

I was worried at first Buying a bed through Amazon as I normally just buy books,CDs or DVDs but it was brilliant. Fantastic Value for money!

My husband and I bought this bed around 4 months ago for our spare bedroom and were amazed by the quality of the frame.It was not expensive and yet the bed is not only a lovely piece of furniture but it is easy to put together!We were pleasantly surprised and have recommended it to all of our friends!We also bought a mattress but upgraded to an orthopaedic one which again was fantastic value for money! My husband has shoulder trouble and has found the mattress has helped immensely!This bed was only supposed to be for the spare bedroom, yet, we have stopped sleeping on our very expensive king sized bed and mattress in favour of this one!!

Excellent value for money. Easy to assemble single handed. Not the fault of the supplier but the box was damaged on arrival and subsequently found the headboard had a chunk of wood missing. I reported this to the telephone number supplied in the package. Left a message reporting the damage. Never received a reply which was disappointing. Needed to have the bed installed urgently for new lodger so had to proceed with putting it together. Good product , sgood value, shame about the lack of back up.
