Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine

This has to be the Rolls Royce of Pasta Machines. After 25 years of faithful service my old Marcarto 150 sadly decided it was tired of serving me and all my pasta friends. I invested in a new one and was absolutely delighted to see that the only "updating" that was done was to add electric motor slots to it. Other than that, nothing had changed. My first batch of brown pasta rolled off the machine smoothly and without fuss. Absolutely brilliant. I can thoroughly recommend it to all pasta lovers, don't waste your money on cheaper machines, the Atlas 150 is worth every penny of it's price, it is fantastic and I look forward to satisfying, trouble free pasta making for the next 25 years.

Bought this as an Xmas pressie for my husband. He is thrilled and has already made tagliatelle and ravioli using the machine. He is very impressed with the machine and I was very impressed with the speedy delivery of this item.

only used twice so far but the tagliatelle i have to admit tasted great and its getting easier to use each time ...without having to follow instructions, did make too much at first and it didn't last too long in a stayfresh locked container but hey it 's a learning process after all the years of bought fresh/dried pasta....need to practice more so its second nature like Simply italian lady...waiting for her book to come out!!! machine is easy to clean though, really pleased...can't wait until second nature!
