4does what it says on the tin!!
By NTHorse
Looked at purchasing this item from amazon but managed to get it from currys cheaper. Anyway once this arrived I took it out of the box, plugged it in and,... nothing, would not connect to my netgear router. I followed the instructions correctly but it still would not connect. I reverted to option 2, which is carried out with your pc. This is easy just follow the instructions and in a few minutes you are connected. I placed the extender in the hall, and now I have gone from dodgy on / off connection in my living room to 5 bars of excellent signal, great. So in summary, if you can read and have moderate skill with a pc you too can have improved internet connection. Well worth the money.Would have given it 5 stars if it had connected automatically.

3Too bulky
By Gillian Craigie
Actually this product works reasonably well and was extremely easy to install. We have an old house with very thick walls, and all it has really done is provide a strong, stable wifi signal in the room immediately below our router. By the time you move to the front of the house, it is a bit hit or miss! Main problem is that it wasn't supplied with a UK plug and the adapter provided means that the unit protrudes significantly from the wall.

5EXCELLENT TV
By Kennedy
This is an excellent 3D plasma television, and I can recommend it 100%.This is a brief report, as at the time of writing I've only had it for a month. In this time I've used it for blu-rays and hi-def gaming exclusively - no TV or satellite.BUILD QUALITY: it's a handsome set, with a silver bezel framing one piece of glass. It is very thin (3cm) and looks very elegant. It isn't as hi-tech looking as the samsung sets, which appear to have come off the set of Star Trek, but I like its black contours.2D PICTURE QUALITY: I haven't calibrated the set yet, I've been using it mainly on the THX setting. This pre-set is a great start, a shade too much yellow in the skin tones on my set, but otherwise very, very impressive. My preferred blu-rays (Days of Heaven on Criterion, Blade Runner, Godfather) look gorgeous; standard def DVDs (No Country, There Will be Blood) look great too. Frankly, I haven't put anything through it yet that hasn't looked awesome!3D PICTURE QUALITY: Avatar was incredible, better than in the cinema, where I had a funny problem with scale (it felt to me as though the large screen had been shrunk into my glasses!); the Imax scenes in Tron are also astounding. Flicker free, no cross talk (or "ghosting", though I always seem to see some for a few minutes before my eyes settle properly into receiving 3D images). The great thing about the VT30 is that panasonic include 2 pairs of infra-red glasses, which are very expensive to buy separately. The glasses are very light (they seem to be made from a light carbon-fibre), are pretty comfortable to wear over normal glasses. They also feel very breakable - not for nothing do Panasonic house them in a tough plastic box. Keep them away from the kids...VIDEO GAMES: I've got a PS3, 360 and a Wii hooked up, and they all perform brilliantly. Actually, they play noticeably better even than on my older 2006 plasma - with the picture processing effects turned off, there's next to no input lag on the VT30, which I understand is a problem generally on LCD/LED panels, where controller response time can feel sluggish. Also, there are no negative picture effects (motion blurring or phosphor trails) which I understand can sometimes be a problem. Finally, 3D gaming on the VT30 is flat-out amazing: I replayed both Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 in 3D, and can safely say that there's no going back. Personally, I think 3D has a better future in gaming than it does in the cinema...SOUND: the TV sounds fine. I don't have it hooked up to a 5.1 system, which would obviously improve matters. But in any case, it is certainly rich and I've squeezed plenty of low end out of it. I can confirm that it doesn't sound tinny!NEGATIVES: In the evening, with a darkened room, the picture is stunning. With a lot of daylight in the room, however, the picture can seem rather dull. I'm informed that LCD screens are better for well-lit rooms. Perhaps something to consider if you want this set for daytime TV viewing. There have also been reports on various internet tech-enthusiast forums that the 2011 panasonics are suffering from a fluctuating brightness issue (where the picture visibly lightens and darkens to accommodate sudden changes in picture contrast). I haven't noticed this on my VT30. If it's there, it's invisible to me so far. If you've heard about this and you're worried about it, go and demo a set in the shop.To conclude, I can only say that this is a fantastic piece of technology to own and indulge in at home. At work I spend a lot of time looking at reference quality HD video monitors, as I work in post-production for feature films. I'm used to seeing perfect colour reproduction and the best projection money can buy, so I tend to spot flaws like a hawk. This panasonic VT30 has only impressed me so far, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment from it.

5a lot of money but an awful lot of kit for it!
By martin 1
didn't buy this Panasonic TX-P42VT30B from Amazon but had it delivered & set it up myself, one or two things I haven't sorted out yet like facebook etc (wireless dongle included connected easily)once I'd set up the hd on virgin I was blown away by the clarity & the colours which are rich & very natural, everybody who've seen it so far have been gobsmacked!the 3d is a bit weird for me probably as I wear varifocal specs but my son assures me it is better than at the flicks!blu rays are magnificent & best put through a 5.1 system.I researched these tv's for months & I have definately made the right choice! highly recommended.

5Best YET!!!!!
By J. Burrows
please find an update on this set at the end of the review- 16-02-12Bit of a TV buff, so this may go on a bit-I have had this TV for about two months now, still bedding in so can only presume the picture will change in the future, if it is possible to get any better that is.I have the TV connected to a Pionner LX91 Blue Ray Player and a Pionner amp and I watch TV through a virgin TIvo box on HD channels. I sit about 3.5m away from the set for normal viewing and closer for blue ray and 3DI looked at the Samsung 8000 series before getting this model. The one I viewed had a very good picture, supper bright and sharp. Motion was a bit off though during fast shots and I couldn't help but feel that the blacks looked a bit washed out when viewed in dim lighting. I would say that this range is the only one that comes close to this TV. Sony needs to catch back up, must have been napping in the 2011 development meetings.BUILDThe build quality is outstanding. The single sheet of glass looks like one big I pad hanging on the wall. Panasonic have made some changes to the previous models. The power lead is now built into the rear of the panel, meaning that if you wish to feed the lead down internal wall conduit, you will have to cut the plug off. You also get adaptors for the inputs, allowing connections to be made a bit easier. HDMI are on the side, set into the panel. Depending on the type of leads you use, they may stick out. They would have to be very thick though for this to happen.PICTUREI have had three other top of the range Panasonics over the years and have seen the picture develop for the better throughout this time. I have never had any of them calibrated by a certified engineer, but I am tempted this time. I think that the picture would be truly outstanding once this has been carried out.For the time being I am using the THX setting, which gives a bright and punchy picture (in the right lighting). However this setting gives the picture a slight yellow tone, as mentioned by another reviewer. Don't get me wrong the picture is still outstanding and the tone gives the picture warm feel, but it would be nice just to tone this down a bit. On the other sets I have had the THX setting lets you do this, but I can not appear to find the setting on this one. Also in THX the gamma is just a bit out (touch bright). This appears to be corrected when playing blue rays through the player though,Other settings are very good, with Cinema giving a good picture but not as punchy as the THX. (bit green) needs calibrating.Professional setting 1&2 needs calibrating, and I can't do this to the level needed to give it a punchy picture with true reference colour. Messing about with the colours and brightness just doesn't cut it.I do not use normal as the blacks appear to be crushed and dynamic just looks wrongThere is a True Cinema setting which appears when you use the TV's built in I Player etc. This setting is very good and I would use this more if it was available in other inputs.BLUE RAY PICTURESOut of all the sets I have had this is the best. The blacks, the colour's the sharpness all add up to make at truly outstanding picture, and it appears to be getting better the older it gets. No other TV on the market comes close to this other than Samsung 8000 range. Others may be touch sharper (I have a sony which looks sharper) but there is something about the picture which blows you away with the Panasonic. It is shame that the Plasmas look so dull and washed out in the shops; because this is not how they look in lighting you would watch a film in.CABLE - HD TUNERTV Tuner looks very good, although gamma is out on the THX setting. I was happy watching the built in HD tuner until I connected the Virgin Tivo box through my amp. The picture is truly amazing. The sharpness is unbelievable and the gamma is corrected giving it a deeper feel. I was going to connect the Tivo box directly to the TV, but it would not let me set it to 1080p in the menu settings. Says it is not a 1080p TV.. think it is Virgin.. So I connected it to the amp which up-scaled it to 1080p.3DI didn't get this set for 3D as I had no discs and no interest in getting into 3D . However, since testing this out with my PS3, I have bought the bottom range Panasonic 3D player just to play 3D on. The picture is outstanding and has no cross talk. The picture does go darker with the glasses though and I was tempted to put the setting to normal to brighten the picture up. This would be a shame as the set is THX 3D certified, and for this reason I have left it on THX and set the contrast up on the player instead. This gives a brighter picture, but keeps the colour true. The new glasses which have come out recently are good, but not as bright as they advertise. Very light though. But not that much different to the ones you get with the TV.Overall I would say cartoons are the best in 3D. (Not including Avatar of course) this is due to the bright picture that they have, and you can set the TV to normal without the picture looking crushed.BLACKSBlack levels are very good. When the lights are out and screen is switched on you can still see light on the screen, but the black edges blend in very well. On some blue rays you cannot see the edges of the screen at all. Are they as good as the Pionners of past? I would say one more model away yet, although the 65inch version of this TV has reference black levels? I would love a TV which is totally black when viewed in dim lighting, however I don't think this would be possible with present technology. Would like to see Panasonic professional range of plasmas for blacks, but 45,0000 pounds for a plasma is pushing it a bit.Over all this TV is outstanding and out of all the Panasonics I have had, this has been the best one out of the box . I have not had to mess with the picture as much to obtain a fantastic picture. I would advise that THX is the best setting, once you have adjusted to the slightly warm picture as this setting gives it a more natural picture. I would watch HD through the Freesat tuner or Virgin, sky to get that extra sharpness. Give 3D a try The player I got was 90 pound and I got 2nd hand films to keep cost down.Just a case of 65 or 55inch,. The 65inch is even better. Sat in front of one, 3m away and it was still watchable. Mmmmmmmmm. wife only said to me the other day I wish it was bigger,!Had the set now for 4 months. Picture looks amazing still. I am now using the pro 1 setting which I have calibrated myself. I have put the Gamma at 2.4 which looks dark at first but gives the picture a 3d feel and the depth is outstanding. I turned the contrast up to 60, colour 27, brightness 29, sharpness 6. only messed around with other settings a little nothing major. in a dim lit room the picture is truly amazing with the gamma at 2.4, this gives the correct gamma for the set which comes out at 2.2, The more I watched the THX the more washed out I thought it was. No way is the gamma 2.2 like it should be to be passed by THX. Also the picture had a hint of green, I have read over time that the thx mode does get darker and the green drops off. But in the mean time I will stick to pro 1. love this tv. Having had it the wall I would go for the 65 next. cant wait to view the 2012 range. well done Panasonic for sticking with plasma. The abnormities with the THX setting, mainly the green tint and contrast, have balanced out now. The setting looks very good when playing blue rays and is starting to look how THX should. The black levels are getting darker. The edges around the films blend into the surround on the TV now.Outstanding TV.

Product Description

Panasonic Viera TX-P50ST30B 127 cm (50inch ) 3D 1080p Plasma TV - 16:9 - HDTV 1080p - 600 Hz - 68.7 Billion Colors (12-bit) - DVB-T (MPEG4) - PAL - 1920 x 1080 - Virtual Surround Sound, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS - 4 x HDMI - USB - Ethernet.

The viewing experience has never been so lifelike and compelling as it is with Panasonic's 3D Technology. The fast switching phosphors used in the Neo Plasma panels and an original light-emitting process minimise crosstalk (double images) to deliver clear 3D images and ensure comfortable viewing. This technology also helps to improve 2D picture quality.

53D content and great quality at an affordable price but missing some advanced features
By Silverfrog
This is my first Panasonic TV (or 3D TV for that matter) and I've been very impressed with it. Having done a fair amount of research on 3D Tv's this seemed like an affordable option. This is the 2nd generation 3D Tv that Panasonic have come out with as far as I know and there are improvements - the first generation are VT20's or GL20's. The main difference as far as I am aware to the older versions are that Panasonic have developed technology to reduce crosstalk which occurs when you are viewing material in 3D and it's not looking quite like it should (each active pair of glasses basically show separate images to each eye making it seem as though something is in 3D but fails to happen properly during crosstalk). This ST30 model is missing DNLA (which allows for easier and better networking with your other multimedia items in your household, and better looks from it's more expensive brothers GT30 and VT30. It also has faster-switching phosphors, reduced power consumption and a new screen filter.Out of the boxWhen you get your brand new shiny 3d TV, the first thing you will need to do is attach the base stand to the actual TV. You can do this on your own but is a little tricky. There is a forked prong that fits into the base and you screw this in but make sure that you look for the black plastic cover before you attach it to the TV which was found separately at the bottom of the box with mine. The TV then slots onto the forks and you screw this on. The TV can then swivel on it's stand to about 35 degrees either way from straight ahead .Unlike the Panasonic flagship the ST does not come with any 3D glasses so you'll have to buy your own. I've got the Panasonic TY-ew3D2ME Rechargeable Active Shutter 3D Glasses for GT and VT Plasma Range - Medium which work perfectly.Setting upThe initial auto set up attempts to connect to internet immediately so ensure you have either your ethernet cable in or alternatively you can connect wirelessley (i connected via ethernet cable so haven't tried wireless connection yet. After this the TV searches for analogue channels.LooksThe TV looks good although those of you that like sleeker designs may want to view picture differences to the GL or VT versions which have more elegant frame but this didn't bother me. I found it odd that the 2d-3d conversion is only currently found on the remote control. Talking about the remote control it isn't particularly nice lookikng or sleek and has a very tacky silver plastic feel to it. This doesn't bother me again but those of you who are ultra image concious may want to avoid this model. There are 4 HDMI slots, a component connections, SD card slot for immediate viewing of pictures from your camera and USB connections for charging. I've still got to try connecting an external hard drive to see if I can record content and playback but I'm not sute if it's capable of this. There is no PC connection but this doesn't bother me and I've heard that plasma tv's aren't great for pc use anyway.Picture qualityThe picture quality is very clear and bright with a little tweaking with contrast, brightness etc. The hd content really shines (we have virgin and may upgrade to ensure we get as much hd channels as possible now). We watched the original clash of the titans in hd and the quality was absolutely superbUseThe default when turning on is analogue tv but you can change this to AV. As we have all our connections on AV channels , virgin hdmi, ps3 xbox360, apple tv.3d useAs I mentioned earlier this version has better screen compared to 20 version which reduces cross talk when viewing 3d. Those who don't already know and haven't tested at their local Currys/pc world 2d-3d conversion just gives depth to the picture, so don't expect things to jump out at you as this will only happen with 3d specific content. Playing on my Xbox360 is reasonable using 2d-3d conversion- I tried Call of Duty black ops on the Xbox which was fantastic - in case you didn't know you can go to options and select to use Stereoscopic 3D. Some parts of menu are more obviously layered and gameplay is very good in 3D although you need to get used to the new perspective for aiming.. I watched 3d tron, Legend of the Guardians to test 3d properly which was just as good as 3d at the cinema. I've not tried 3d on ps3 gaming yet but there are titles out there that supprt 3d like revamped Batman Arkham Asylum. I updated my ps3 to view 3d bluray - do this by going into "display settings>video output settings" then set up the HDMI view and Voila, it should say that it now set up for 3D bluray movies.Viera cast & online facilitiesOne thing that you should note about online facilities - don't expect too much. There are limited basic applications like facebook, flickr, basic games like chess, youtube, video online movies only via Acetrak (don't expect to be able to view regular web pages or LoveFilm) because there isn't anything like Safari or Internet explorer. Acetrak and one or two other apps are the only online video rental apps available which is disappointing. You'll have to join and prices are comparable to virgin on demand. If you have an alternative like apple tv like I do, I would advise you to stick to this. If you don't have any rental services like Sky or Virgin, Acetrax is a convenient alternative. Viera cast isn't great to navigate as there are 8 apps per page and no way of rearranging them which is frustrating as i just won't use some. It's in it's infant stage at the moment and I hope that Panasonic will take time to develop this area. All in all this is a superb TV for the price and is packed with lots of great features. It does miss out on features that the GT or VT models have like DNLA networking etc but to me these aren't desperately needed. To some it may seem clunky but to me it looks stylish. It's very thin and the quality of image is brilliant whether on TV, Xbox360 or PS3. I'm really glad with it and that I didn't have to purchase another 3D bluray player as my PS3 was able to play 3D content with a software update and display setting tweak. Worth a look but do some extra review research.UPDATEI've recently tried connecting a hard drive directly to the TV via the USB port and you can perform slideshows of pictures to music (default music is Panasonic's own but you can choose a folder or file on the hard disc to play too). You can also play video content on your Hard disc directly although the file formats are limited (i've only successfully played H.264 format which is the format of video for Apple TV/Iphone/Ipod etc and didn't like .mov files)

3Intolerable fluctuating brightness & green patches
By Mr. Alan T. Fidler
The Panasonic P50ST30B Plasma Television is at face value a very nice piece of equipment. It had full 1080P high definition capability, displays full HD 3D, produces deep blacks, deep colour and very nice picture quality.Unfortunately it also has two glaring problems that are so obviously unacceptable in a TV costing as much as this model does that I wonder how Panasonic have the nerve to even consider marketing the set.The first of these is a sudden and highly distracting shift in brightness in certain scenes. Panasonics customer services department call it a feature, I call it a very obvious and totally unacceptable design flaw that makes the set virtually unwatchable. Imagine if you will an audio device that randomly alters the volume and how annoying that would be and you will have some understanding of how frustrating an apparent brightness shift would be on a video display. The second issue which my ST30 has is random patches of green on some areas of the screen which are particularly visible on greyscale images. This is also visible in colour images, depending upon the colour of the image being displayed.I am deeply disappointed with this TV set and would not recommend it to anybody until Panasonic UK have the decency to recognise the flaw in their product and takes steps to address the issue. Panasonic in the US are doing just that and are hoping to issue a firmware update. The same update is needed in the uk but I cannot see that happening when the company refuses to recognise the issue.Stay well clear!UPDATE: Panasonic UK are are now achnowledging that FBr is an issue are are collecting data from customers as well as investigating the issue at their factory. This is a great step forward and Panasonic UK deserve recognition for doing so.UPDATE 2: Panasonic have now released a Firmware update 1217 which many people say solves the FBr issue that has plagued the ST, GT & VT sets. Kudos to Panasonic for taking the issue seriously and working to come up with a solution, Thank You!

5BRILLIANT FOR LOUNGE NOT FOR BEDROOM
By A Taylor
I have both a LCD tv and this panasonic plasma! This plasma tv is better picture quality than the LCD because of its deep rich colours and amazing definition also this tv has amazing features. I was looking at this and the model above it but it wasnt worth paying around £300 for the model above that only has a few added features like freesat which i wont use and also dnla laptop connecting thingy. The only reason i dont advise this tv for a bedroom is that it can make a very, very slight buzzing from its internal power supply on standby and if ur in a bedroom it would drive me crazy(many might not hear it but my hearing is sensitive). Perfect for a lounge as you wont notice it there. Best tv i have ever bought, totally amazing. I bought mine from comet who are currently doing a deal on this tv for £500 with 2 free pairs of 3d glasses and a half price wifi dongle which is a MUST to have with this telly as the viera cast features with internet are great!!!! Highly recommend, i researched thouroughly before buying. Go to comet...

I bought these boots as l think they are better if the weather is really bad, the outer band abit wider, to what l was expecting but still look good. The reason l gave 4 stars and not 5 stars is that I have had to buy insoles as the boots were not as snug as my suede Emus!

4Stunning

I have regular Emus and really loved the look of these boots. When they arrived and I took them out of the box, the quality was evident, they are absolutely gorgeous, well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, I have broad feet and couldn't get my foot past the ankle of the boot.

4Buy a size bigger!
By sparkle
They are lovely looking boots, only problem is I can't get my feet in them as they are very tight and with no zip it's very difficult to get them passed your ankles. I will have to try the plastic bag trick and hope they stretch!I would say this is the problem with buying on line and not being able to try things on before purchase.I would suggest you should probably buy a size bigger than your normal size to accomodate this problem.Lovely colour and nice material though.

5Just love these !
By lovemywinterboots
These boots are both stylish and lovely to wear. The charcoal colour is a lovely neutral but practical colour which will go with almost anything, and I would describe the colour as having a hint of olive in it. The boots are lightweight but really warm, although there is only sheepskin fur lining on the floor of the shoe part. The boots are leather lined inside too. The sizing is a little tight - I found I needed a size up from my usual shoe size - both for the foot fitting which is quite snug compared to the softer EMU's, and for enough space to get your foot down the calf tunnel into the shoe space. The wedge heels are comfortable - about two and a half inches high. Once on, I don't want to take them off! Really pleased with them, and will enjoy wearing them for many seasons to come. If you are looking for an elegant 'countrified' look boot, which is stylish and flattering, give these a try.

I had previously read the review on the boot and many said boot was too narrow and difficult to get on. I ordered a size bigger which was a mistake. The appeared true to size and easy to get on. I ordered the dark choc pair and thought they were .stunning. I shall be ordering my true size shortly

5Utterly superb
By GigaWatts
This is a great TV. True to life tones unlike the over saturated LCD/LED tvs from other manufacturers. Even with SD transmissions the quality is upscaled effortlessly. An excellent array of features too, Viera cast is really handy for iPlayer and the tv also see's networked hard drives to easily play your saved movies.I have no desire for 3D, it is awful to watch sports in 3D and also expensive to provide £100 each pair of glasses if you are to have guests round. So this being the best 2D TV around has the exact same quality as the 3D GT30 range which is also superb. In response to previous reviews, the TV does have a slight buzz when it's cold but you have to be about a foot away from it to notice, then it goes after a few minutes.I looked into which tv to buy for over a year, almost buying an LED samsung which are great TVs but are not true to showing tonal graduation, anything dark simply appears black. Whereas the Panasonic shows the detail and tonal variations perfectly.I'm a very fussy customer who is very picky about what I buy. I use high end Hi-fi and expect my TV to match. This TV does.

4Highly recommended plasma tv
By Mr Happy
I've had the Panasonic TX-P42G30 for one week. This tv was purchased to replace a 28" CRT with built-in freeview tuner. The picture quality of the Panasonic is outstanding. In shops, like Comet and Currys, it's difficult to see how the picture from this set is as good as the punchier images from the LCD tvs. The panasonic looks bland by comparison. However, if you examine the LCD screens carefully you can see that the white parts of the image regularly 'burn out' losing detail in the process. When you get the Panasonic home, you realise that it retains lots of detail in the whites and blacks giving a picture with a much wider latitude (somethings photographers constantly strive for) giving a much better range of tones with a realistic look. Freeview HD is handled extremely well with superb colours and smooth gradients. Sound is better than expected for a flatscreen tv but external speakers would improve it greatly. Internet connection via the tv is a little limited (no Google for instance) but you can received BBC iPlayer HD, You Tube and Facebook etc. One excellent improvement is the ability to search for a particular programme in the programme guide so if you miss a programme it's easy to locate a repeat in the coming week. One other good feature is the ability to record to a USB hard drive. I bought a 2 TB HDD which can store a lot of HD films, however, be warned that the tv has to be switched on during the recording (no good for recording when out for the night or when you're on holiday!). The tv also features a SD card slot so I can watch home movies from my HD camcorder with ease.On the downside I would say that this tv has 2 issues, one temporary, one permanent. Initially, there were sound problems on freeview HD. After 10 mins or so of viewing, the sound would suddenly double in volume and the quiet parts of programmes would become very noisy. This issue has been resolved by Panasonic by issuing a downloadable software update (which will also be broadcast on 17 May). The second issue is buzzing. During contrasty scenes, a fairly loud buzzing noise is created which is pretty irritating. If this didn't exist the tv would be perfect but the buzzing is just a little too loud (hence 4 stars). You can't really hear it if the sound is turned up but sometimes loud audio is not always desirable. In its defence, LCD projectors also make a noise (even my old CRT tv whistled), as do PCs and laptops.Overall, this is a superb tv as long as you can ignore the buzzing.

5Superb T.V.
By york1264
After a good few weeks research I narrowed my tv search down to this one and the very similar spec TX-L42E30B. It basically comes down to personal choice between LED/LCD and PLASMA. I was still undecided when comparing the two models side by side in my local Panasonic dealer. I was tempted by the LED/LCD as it was the cheaper of the two models but after a bit of haggling the dealer dropped the price of the Plasma to match the LCD/LED just to add to my dilemma. Sorry Amazon but with the price dropped the tv was cheaper at the dealers with a five year guarantee and free same day delivery. Anyway back to the tv it is simply stunning both standard def and high def images are the best images I have seen on a tv, it looks much better at home than in the shop. The picture was near perfect straight out of the box but can be improved/tweeked to suit your preference in the menus. I was a little dissapointed in the sound quality however five minutes in the sound menu had it sorted by adjusting the graphic equalizer to get a decent output for a flat screen tv. One word of warning make sure you purchase the G30 model not the S30 as the S30 is the older model with last years plasma panel not the new NEO Plasma. It also has a thick screen surround which makes it look a bit old fashioned. So you pays your money and makes your choice both sets are great and I doubt you will be dissapointed in either. Hope this review helps a bit.

I was very pleased with this product - good value for money - but when it arrived the varnish on one of the legs was chipped in a couple of places quite badly due to the way it was packed so I advise the sellers to revise the packaging for the future
