I have regular Emus and really loved the look of these boots. When they arrived and I took them out of the box, the quality was evident, they are absolutely gorgeous, well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, I have broad feet and couldn't get my foot past the ankle of the boot.

They are lovely looking boots, only problem is I can't get my feet in them as they are very tight and with no zip it's very difficult to get them passed your ankles. I will have to try the plastic bag trick and hope they stretch!I would say this is the problem with buying on line and not being able to try things on before purchase.I would suggest you should probably buy a size bigger than your normal size to accomodate this problem.Lovely colour and nice material though.

These boots are both stylish and lovely to wear. The charcoal colour is a lovely neutral but practical colour which will go with almost anything, and I would describe the colour as having a hint of olive in it. The boots are lightweight but really warm, although there is only sheepskin fur lining on the floor of the shoe part. The boots are leather lined inside too. The sizing is a little tight - I found I needed a size up from my usual shoe size - both for the foot fitting which is quite snug compared to the softer EMU's, and for enough space to get your foot down the calf tunnel into the shoe space. The wedge heels are comfortable - about two and a half inches high. Once on, I don't want to take them off! Really pleased with them, and will enjoy wearing them for many seasons to come. If you are looking for an elegant 'countrified' look boot, which is stylish and flattering, give these a try.
