Bought this as a replacement for a Garmin Nuvi 1690 that I returned to Amazon for a refund - the 1690 being next to useless.Garmin Nuvi 1690 Widescreen Sat Nav with Live Traffic & Services and UK & European MappingI previously owned a Mio 510 that I was very pleased with but which as a result of use by me and abuse by thieves needed replacing - so after the unsatisfactory episode with the Garmin I decided to return to the brand that I liked.The Mio doesn't offer the same live services as the Nuvi but it does make a decent stab at avoiding known delays and the option to select the type of route from the map screen is very helpful.Overall I'm very pleased with the actual device. Excellent value for the money and does all that I need and more.Would have given this 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the software doesn't work with Mac's - and it isn't too clever on PC's. Could be my fault but I find the process for linking and updating complicated, confusing and tedious.Overall very pleased, so pleased I bought a Mio V505 for the wife.Navman Mio V505 Satellite Navigation System With Built in Freeview TV

Sizes run small

I generally require size 11 (UK) shoes and ordered a pair of these shoes in that size only to find that they were too small. I re-ordered a size 12 and they fit perfectly (thank you Amazon for the easy return policy!). In short, good all weather shoes that work well for casual "about town use" and slightly more arduous forest/hill walks. I wouldn't want to swap these for proper boots, where ankle support would be an issue, but all in all I would say they're good shoes and good value for money- but beware of the sizing.

I agree re the size issue. I wear uk size 9 merrells, and always have. Ordered these in 9, but they were too tight and small. Sent back to Amazon - very easy service, thanks. Now I have brought a pair in uk 9.5 (44) and they are perfect. The design and comfort of the shoes is excellent.

Absolutely love it! So does my daughter! Holds her legs perfectly, she looks comfy either awake, either asleep, easy to attach to myself and can hardly feel her weight. So far I only used it on my front (She's 5 months old.) but will try her on my back soon. We started to use it when she was around 3 months and since I hardly went close to her pram. Free hands!Chose this design, so all her equipments (Pram, changing bag and Manduca.) are matching. But that's only for their benefit as well (Back and leg position/growth.) LG M2250D-PZ.AEK LCD LED Backlit 22 inch Wide TV Monitor

I purchased this TV Monitor to use chiefly as a computer monitor. It took a while to set up the background display to fill the screen without stretching, which necessitated delving into goodness knows how many menus etc. The default colour and brightness were also too vivid for my taste, but could be 'corrected' without too much trouble. However, once this was done it behaved impeccably and gives an excellent picture. Considering the price it is an excellent purchase and I thoroughly recommend it for use as a cumputer monitor. Apart from an initial trial when first delivered I have little experience with the television option, but found nothing to suggest anything other than positive.My only slight gripe is the separate transformer box on the mains cable. Is this normal with TV monitors these days?

LG M2250D Review. Not bad at all I say

I recently purchased the LG M2250D LED TV from Amazon, as usually fantastic service from them. As for the TV it is really good, it has great picture quality although the it could benefit from having more of a vibrant colour scheme as they appeared washed out at times. This for me was not a problem as I adjusted the colour settings to match my older 19 inch Samsung LCD that I purchased from Amazon over 3 years ago and it looks much better. It certainly looks the business too a very stylish looking product but underneath it has its problems, the main issue is of course the sound. The sound is tinny and below par, the speakers on my older Samsung TV were better it's a good thing that I have surround sound otherwise this would have been a disaster as I love my movies. It can be a little bit slow to change channels but as long as you press Ok on the remote it will change almost immediately. It is a little limited on connectivity but no more so than my older TV and is mainly used for my PS3 for games and Blu-ray's and it has only one HDMI so if you own both a PS3 and an Xbox 360 you'd be advised to get an HDMI splitter or use one of then though component connections.So it has its issues but overall it's a good TV for the Price as long as you don't mind paying a little extra for external speakers. If you don't want surround sound just pay for a good pair of PC speakers and connect them via the headphone jack. You ain't gonna lose much just the use of the internal speakers, but it's a small price to pay at the end of the day for better sound.

cocker dvd

this boxed set of dvd's is enjoyable and informative and very thorough. its very difficult to cover every single aspect of dog training as no two dogs are the same especially working cockers. these are presented by Edward Martin who obviousely has had years of experience and the filming is set in the border region. I have been dissapointed in the past by training dvd's that are very outdated and american. the only areas of criticism i have are that the recorded format is in 4:3 and not widescreen, the sound quality is not great, they were recorded about twelve years ago and the dogs used are very slow paced compared to current "pocket rocket" spaniels we tend to have now.having said that, i'm still glad i've purchased them.

Superb shoe from a quality manufacturer

I wanted a pair of walking boots that were durable enough to wear for serious hiking, yet also trendy enough to wear out. These boots give you both, as well as being very comfortable. I have been buying Merrell shoes for over 15 years and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Top marks!!!

very small sizes

to be fair, i only tried this boot on when it arrived, it was too small, so i sent it back and bought some moabs instead. a helpful sales assistant in blacks told me that unless a shoe has a waterproof membrane such as goretex, the waterproofing is usually in the form of a coating that degrades easily.

disappointed

Having had Merrill refuge pro goretex gtx walking shoes and found them wonderful in every respect,except being a low cut let stones and grit in. I bought these as a replacement.Maybe unlucky but on third walk where tested for being waterproof in long wet grass they failed miserably. Also stitching came apart on toe.Will buy refuge pro gtx goretex again and go back to wearing gaters with them.

Although the wait for the ring to arrive was quite some time, it was well worth it. The ring is stunning and admired by everybody that notices it 'and that is almost everybody as it is quite stunning but not over the top.

I ordered this ring a week prior to me planning to propose. I got it 5 days after. They made the ring specifically for me in Israel which I ordered on a Friday and it got sent by Fedex on the following Monday, with full tracking so my mind was at ease and I received it on Wednesday. Along the way I was the annoying customer and I asked about 3 questions via e-mail which got answered within 3 hours each time. So firstly the satisfaction of getting the ring on time was perfect. Once received I couldn't believe my eyes on how perfect it was. I think i just stared at it for 20 mins. When I proposed she said yes straight away, and she is also in love with the ring. I want to say thank you to 'Natural Diamond, and I will be using their service again for the wedding bands as they gave me discounts for them. Thank you. I really recommend them.
