very nice quality as always with kipling, got mine at a discounted price from amazon and think its worth the price for the quality and stylish looks. it also comes with a padlock inside the case which is an added bonus. got mine in petrol blue which is a nice greyish blue shade, only downside is its abit smaller than i expected but otherwise very happy with purchase and would recommend for short trips away.

Kipling every time

I can't speak highly enough of the Kipling luggage range, especially this range. My husband and I got a set for ourselves for our honeymoon and we then bought my mum and dad a set. The three sizes we have are perfect and serve us well whatever type of trip we are having, business trip, long haul, weekend break or even in to hospital. The other thing I love is they look really good and I wouldnt change them for anything else.

Loyal travel companion: Kipling's very own TARDIS

This is your indestructible multipurpose bag. I have been using it for doing groceries, sports, going to the beach, weekend trips and longer holidays. Good design, sleeves are still long enough when fully packed. When not in use it takes up little storage space.The best thing about this bag is that it looks smaller than its actual capacity. Lightweight yet strong, this makes the perfect cabin luggage, never refused because it looks much smaller than the other cabin luggage pieces. Do weigh it beforehand, because you can actually exceed the 10 kilos limit if you are determined to bring as much as possible. If you use this bag as a daily bag or on short trips, you will need an organizer for toiletries and gadgets. It has no structure and no organizer except for two small pockets.The quality is as can be expected from the Kipling basic line. Durable and weather proof. You can even put this bag in the laundry machine. I know Kipling doesn't recommend putting your bag in the laundry machine but besides the color (I'll come back to this subject), everything is fine, just use the program for delicate fabrics. I have used this bag a lot but still no damage, even the lining is still fine. Same goes for the zipper, unlike other brands, no problems at all.One thing didn't prove to be everlasting: The color does not like laundry machines, beach, sea salt and sun. After 4 years the dark blue turned into some sort of green color, especially at the front side.Two notes on how Kipling could improve this bag:I would actually buy one more if Kipling added a trolley sleeve. I put this bag on a cabin trolley during travelling but it always slides off at some crucial moment. I also have the Kipling Kos M Medium Travel Tote that comes with a trolley sleeve, but capacity is 14 liters compared to this bag which more than doubles with a capacity of 33 liters.Please designers, add a clipped keycord, keys tend to get lost in this big bag.Some confusing specifications on the websites:The UK Kipling site says 20 liters, the Dutch and German versions say 33 liters. I think it is 33 liters. The Kipling Kos holds 14 liters and capacity is clearly less than half of the Kipling Art.

Ideal, Lightweight Bag

I have long wanted a Kipling weekend bag. This is ideal, very light to start with and a good size. The inside is one large space save for a zipped hanging pocket useful for keys, purse etc. I was pleased to find an open pocket on the front behind the zip pocket. I chose black, partly as it was the best priced but also that my husband will be happy to use it as his overnight bag. This bag will be used as a weekender and flight cum beach bag. As with all my Kipling bags, I expect years of use from this and know it will come up like new on a low machine wash. Thank you Javari!

Roomier than it looks

I thought this was going to be a medium backpack as described but it is large enough to hold A4 files, to my pleasant surprise. There are three zipped compartments in total: the main one which is very roomy; the front external one which is also large enough to hold a few more bits and pieces other than your mobile and pens; and an internal zipped compartment in the main compartment.

Perfect backpack

I spent ages looking for a lightweight, stylish backpack for work and wasted a lot of money on inferior products. As I already own a small Kipling backpack which I use for days out, I should have gone straight for this brand. This medium sized backpack is absolutely perfect. Lots of pockets in all the right places, big enough to hold an A4 notepad and lots more besides, weighs virtually nothing and looks great. Being Kipling it's well made and very good quality, it looks stylish and sits comfortably on my shoulders. Worth paying a bit extra for a bag that will undoubtedly last a very long time.

A lot of money for an incomplete set

At first sight, this looks like just the thing for anyone home educating or with kids who are interested in chemistry. The equipment is of fair quality,and there are a number of experiments to do. The main flaw is that there are a number of chemicals missing, and this is not made clear in the product description above. You need meths, sodium hydroxide, ammonia solution, hydrochloric acid and silver nitrate solution. You can find all of these on Amazon - the first four will set you back around £18. Silver nitrate costs just over a pound per gramme and is very dangerous in its powdered form. Disappointing that a set like this is incomplete.

I wanted to purchase a chemistry kit which my son would be able to have fun with and learn from.This kit ticks both boxes. I purchased it for my son last Xmas and a year on he still uses it.The manual, which is included, is packed with information and presented in a way which is very user friendly.Highly recommended.

The perfect backpack!

This is by far the best backpack I've ever seen! Over the past 10 years I've had a wide variety of backpacks and never found one that I really liked - it's been impossible to find one big enough to carry all my stuff (lots of books, a laptop, etc.) that wasn't overly heavy or bulky. This one is perfect - it's unbelievable lightweight yet well-made, high-quality and durable. I'm amazed at how much it can holds, and at the excellent way the different compartments are organized. In addition, it comes in beautiful colours and is a joy to look at. Couldn't recommend it more enthusiastically! It seems expensive, but it's worth every penny.

I truly love Kipling. The quality is outstanding. So lightweight which is so important when loading up a bag!! There is so much room and so many compartments. Another top quality from Kipling. I'm so happy and will make a lot of use out of it. I'm in poor health and need a lightweight bag. It's incredibly comfy to wear on my back. I love the colour and my little monkey. Yes it is a pricey bag but you do get amazing quality. A bag that will last for years to come if looked after of course!! I have a few Kipling bags now and I can never change to another brand. I'm thinking about a suitcase next, as again super lightweight and Amazon are fantastic with their prices. Amazon cannot be beaten. Well done to Kipling and Amazon. Thank you loads and loads

excellent quality

Bought this bag for 10 year old daughter for school. Excellent quality and most importantly lightweight especially with lots of books to be carried home for homework. Love the colour and it is easily wiped clean. Very durable bag with lots of pockets for lunches, pens, phone etc. Would definitely buy another!

I initially bought this bag as an over night business bag. I had occasional business trip overseas at the time of very severe handluggage restriction, and I was looking for a bag which could hold my laptop, documents, change of clothes and over night items AND looked feminine enough. After combing through the web and also testing them at a shop I decided on this bag. It has served it purpose, and then exceeded expectation when I had twins last year and needed a large changing bag. I don't carry laptops around anymore, but it holds 6 napppies, 2 sets of clothes, large wipes, snacks, 2 water bottles, mobile, purse and more. I have had the bag for 4 years with constant use, and I still get comments about it. Well worth every penny!

For your laptop and all the other complexities of work

I work as a university lecturer and am constantly travelling around a large campus with huge amounts of paperwork, a laptop, power packs, pen tablets, cables for all kinds of projection, marking, books, make-up, marker pens, voice recorder, wallet, phone, umbrella, travel-mug with coffee, timetables etc. etc.Until now, I didn't think there was a bag large enough or versatile enough to take all this and provide safe transit for my laptop. But this does it all. It has 3 main compartments (the largest one is zipped) easily big enough for a 17" laptop. There is also a special removable laptop sleeve (big enough for a 15" laptop) as well as 10 other compartments from wide to small for everything else. It also comes with a plain clip-on zipped wallet.The interior of my bag (the black one) is a pale green, making it easy to find everything I need in low lighting conditions like lecture theatres, and the shoulder strap is long enough for even the most tall/wide person. When empty, the bag is incredibly light so you know the only weight you are carrying is what you need.What I like about this bag most is the high quality of production. Being the kind of person who balks at the idea of a £100 (more or less) bag, I did wonder if I would regret this expense but it is so well made, so sturdy and easily tough enough to withstand an hour in the washing machine (though I haven't washed it yet!) that I am very pleased I made the investment. This is what a "bag for life" really looks like, and I look forward to spending years with mine.

Ordered this in a size L but was too small so I contacted the seller and they exchanged it for the next size up without any problems. The jacket is very nice, hand made with quality linen, it fits great, feels great and is just really stylish. It takes a while to arrive because once you place the order they start to make it so it will stay in 'Dispatching Soon' stage for a while on 'Your Orders' page but they wait is worth it because you end up with a really great product. The customer service of the company is first rate. It arrived within the estimated delivery date. All in all 5/5.

My 11 yr old daughter was starting her new school and needed a plain black bag that would be big enough to fit all her folders and books (but most importantly needed to look good!). A friend suggested looking at Kipling bags as her daughter has one and it has so far lasted 3 years (and looks like new). The bags were more expensive than I thought I wanted to pay for a school bag but luckily the black one was on offer. When it arrived I was really pleased. It is fantastic quality and looks great. Everything fits in (lots of different compartments)and it is easy to carry with a comfy shoulder strap. Definitely looks like it was made to last!

My bag just arrived today & I will be keeping it......well it is a Kipling bag and at a great reduced price. There is so much room in there & because, the bag, is such a light weight when empty, you can pile in loads of junk and it doesn't feel like you're carrying a heavy load. Plus it sits nicely on your hip because it's a 'across the body' bag with a nice deep long strap. Great bag from a Great company and a Great price.

Top Quality tripod

I have the Auctus Plus 323AT It really is a superbly built piece of equipment, and one of the reasons I bought one was its weight, living in cornwall where the wind bloweth all year round I wanted a tripod that would stand firm, I know most tripods have a ballast attachment, but on a grassy cliff top there isn't always a supply of ballast around and if your going to carry it you may as well have a heavier tripod. Everything from the feet up has a quality feel to it and the leg covers are a very durable tactile rubber rather than foam, there is no movement whatsoever when its locked in position, the solidity of the thing is unbelievable and has to be felt to be appreciated. for long exposure shots using filters, landscape or studio work its super, it includes snow/sand shoes and a strong carry case in the price.I have the Vanguard BBH 300 ball head on mine which is in the same league as the tripod. if your worried about the weight get your wife to carry it! but don't let it stop you buying one!
