It's a good looking unit and I thought when I ordered it, that having a stop/start button would be an advantage but I found it to be a bit of a problem at first, hence only four stars. Unfortunately, the button didn't operate the switch located under the cover properly. It took quite a long time to finally talk to Creda and receive advise. As it happened, all I had to do was to slightly reposition the cover and press a little harder and it worked perfectly. Had I installed it instead of a builder, I may have realised what was required, anyway it works as it should now and gives us a very good shower.

very pleased with shower,straight replacement for existing shower. water and electrical connection exactly the same as the old one,took about half an hour to swap them over.Highly recommended.

Ordered the shower - it arrived on time and was as described. Fitted as a replacement for a 9.5KW shower and I do not notice the difference. Thanks
