I was looking for a whey protein that doesn't have a ton of added gunk and this is it - it tastes like watered down milk so if you like the sweet stuff you're going to need to add stevia or fruit but for me it's just a protein drink so it's fine. It mixes easily in my shaker bottle with the little ball thing in it, small bit of froth but nothing to worry about you can drink it immediately. Yes, it is a little more expensive than others but you pay for what you get....if you are concerned about the gunk you put in your body then you can't go wrong with this one...love it!
