Perfect replacement for older Redring unit

Got this as a replacement for older (c1996) 8.5kw Redring unit. Managed to fit it in the same place, no change to plumbing, just a couple of new screw holes to drill through the tiles. Works well - have to set it near max temp (8-9 on a scale up to 10) but it then maintains a good consistent hot temperature and flow at that level.

Fantastic service from Redring

Bought the shower and fitted as per the documentation, unfortunately the shower would only go for 10 seconds then switch off.Rang the support number they asked for all the details and went through a few fault finding questions.This all took about 5 mins which compared to some help lines is amazing.I was informed an engineer would contact me within 48 hours , he rang me 2 hours later and arrived 15 mins after that.He fixed a faulty switch on the shower and was gone in a few minutes. Now that is working it is a fantastic shower very pleased, even though it was faulty I give it 4 stars due to the very fast response time by Redring. Sadly this level of customer support is very unusual these days, nice to see a company that still puts the customer first.
