Connection keeps dropping

The appearance of this product is small and cute with a blue light emanating from it.As the previous reviewer said, the transfer speed is very good, HOWEVER, the connection between my PC and the hard drive periodically drops.... ESPECIALLY AT THE TIMES WHEN I NEED TO ACCESS IT THE MOST.I don't know if this is just a defect with my particular product, and it doesn't happen often, but this should not happen at all. When I need to urgently access my university work, I don't need to see an error message come up saying "this folder does not exist, please check the connection of your removable drive".Needless to say, I am not completely happy with this product.

the hard drive it self seems abit plastic so built quality can be better, but the speed is amazing !transfered 30 GB in about 10 mins cant be more happier.would recommend!
