The City Stick's glossy black shafts are made out of eleven layers of fiberglass which, in impact tests, proved to be virtually unbreakable. The stick is topped with a lightweight 6160 Aluminum head that's been given a mirror polish finish. The head is removable so it can be easily engraved or modified to suit your taste. The base is fitted with thick rubber ferule to keep you from slipping on the mean streets and cracked sidewalks.

In Portugal to use an walking stick is viewed as an eccentricity (unless you are handicapped). I don't mind. The City Stick is a statement of personality, a unique complement, a handy support, and in this case, well, also a defense weapon. I go with Sting in "An alien in New York", I take it wherever I walk.Only a critic: the ferrule doesn't last long. I urge anyone who buys this walking stick to buy a good rubber ferrule.
