Awesome boots!

I bought these boots as I was looking for good quality, warm boots, but without the ridiculous price tag of some other well known brands.I was not disappointed. I ordered the boots in "Cognac" which is a really nice warm-tone tan brown colour. The boots are lined with thick shearling sheep wool which is so soft and warm. The sole of the boot is nice and chunky and looks like it will grip quite well (TBC when the colder weather arrives!).There has been a lot of debate about the sizing of the boots as they are in US sizes. I am usually a UK5 in boots, but due to mixed reviews on the sizing I ordered both the size 5 and 6. I tried the size 5 (US7) and instantly thought they felt a little too tight in the toe area. I tried the size 6 (US8) and these were massive - they felt loose, too wide and were baggy around the ankle area. After reading many reviews which said with continued wear the sheepskin lining flattens giving you more foot room, I decided to keep the size 5 - I am glad I did. After only 3 days of wear they are already very comfortable and plenty big enough.In my opinion, unless you like really loose footwear, I would advise ordering your normal size.I would certainly recommend these boots - and they are a bargain at the reduced prices Amazon are currently offering them at.

Not what i was expecting . .

I ordered Bearpaw as i wanted to try an Ugg-type boot with a hardwearing sole, but without the high price-tag, and on the pictures they seemed to be a wide enough for my legs to fit into. After reading other reviews of other boots in the range, I decided to order a size up and get a UK 6 than my usual 5, as they are a small US fit.Delivery was very fast, even with the super-saver delivery - i ordered them thursday night, and received them saturday morning by courier - top marks Amazon!The Pro's - the size was great (glad i went bigger - a UK 5 would definately have been too small), the colour and the material looks nice (like a rugged, bashed-about style), they were a wide enough fit for my legs (even wearing two pairs of socks - one being a thicker pair), and the lining inside is very thick and cosy.The Con's - on one boot there seemed to be a problem with the sole, as i could feel a definate ridge under the lining when i was walking in them, even with the two pairs of socks on for added comfort. Then the other boot kept bunching up at the back, which kept digging into my heel as i was walking - this i feel is due to the type of material that's used in this style, as it's more rigid than actual sheepskin.Whilst i think that these issues may have been solved with perhaps a good pair of insoles, and generally wearing the boots and getting used to them, for me if i don't feel comfort from the get-go they aren't for me, so i returned them.In my opinion, if you want a pair of boots that are comfy, cosy, affordable and with a good grip-sole on the bottom - go for Skechers. I've got two pairs in different styles, and they're amazing. Will be sticking to what i know in future - it's a shame as i really wanted to love these boots, but some of the quality issues are sadly lacking.

Love them they fit perfectly. Lovely sheepskin lining. Delivery superb and free. Im a size 6 uk 39 and the size 6 are just right.
