Love it

I used to have a older Alpine headunit - ALP-CDE9880R. So using the new one was similar to the old one. Going through the menu was pretty much the same. But the new one, has alot more sound control. You can get the specs from Alpine youself. I got ipod 3rd Gen, 4th Gen and iphone 4. It charges and play it all with no issue. Also, like Alpine said, the system allow user to control through ipod itself. I also plug a USB in and it works fine too. It works for both backend and front panel. I did try to plug my Portable H/D 250g and 1TB to see what happened. It didn't support it lol. Alpine never said it would, but I was curious. I also have a ipod classic 1st Gen, the headunit didn't recognize it at all. OK OK OK Apple is making a fortune out of me :-D :-DAfter few months of using it. I have tested it with a Blackberry. It works fine. But you cannot control it through the phone, like on the ipod. Since the Alpine recognise it as a portable USB Drive.In case anyone is wondering. The system also only recognise 1000 songs on the USB stick.This Headunit is the best headunit ever guys !!!!! Here's why.Go on the net and find a internet radio site. eg - [..]On your iphone go to the same website and listen in.Plug your iphone to your headunit - IT WORKS !!!!!This means you can register to a cloud website. Dump all your music there and stream it if you like.Or just tune in to a internet radio or podcast.If your gonna do this, you BETTER have unlimited mobile internet on your phone !

Karcher not available in UK

This machine is not available from UK Karcher agents.I think it is good value for money and certainly worth buying. I only gave it 4/5 because the hose in my opinion is not very good quality, and lets it down, certainly not as good as the one on the Dyson.

First class watch, in all ways.

A really delightful watch to wear, so much so, that I wear it all the time. Its extremely well made, keeps the time exactly right, and looks really expensive. It's the best watch I have owned for many years. I must say, that I do like the strap, although made of steel and of link design, it is very easy to undo and do up again on one's own.

Lovely watch. As I have come to expect from Skagen, it was well packaged and arrived on time with no difficulties. The watch is very classy and a little unusual, if a little heavier than I expected. Wouldn't swap it though.

The Lightest GoreTex Version.

I have had a pair of NF Hedgehogs for the last 2-3 years and have loved them - more comfortable than similar offerings from Merrel and others. The only reason I bought this pair was because the tread on the sole was wearing away - but given how much I have worn them, I think they have lasted very well.These are slightly lighter than my previous pair and initially they feel stiff, but they soon loosen up and feel very supportive. I have proper walking boots for hard terrain, but inevitably I come back to these, when walking around the Sussex Downs and further afield.The main feature is the use of GoreTex, which allows then to be breathable but waterproof - which is essential in this kind of shoe. Anything else in this kind of cross-trainer meets walking shoe, is just going to mean soggy feet and an unpleasant walk.The other big selling point is the sole - which is very grippy and feels like it can deal with any kind of slippery surface well. I was most pleased to discover that Amazon had started stocking these and there have been some good bargains available around January.I can't recommend them highly enough.

hedgehogs are cool

wow, these are probably the most comfortable shoes i own. when you walk you can feel the cushioning on the bottom of your feet. and the grip is fantastic. they are well put together and im sure are going to last me for years to come. im confident i wont be falling on my butt when the snow arrives this year. buy them, they are brilliant.....
