Does what it says on the tin

My last PSU (Enermax) had died after 7 years. I did the sums and decided I needed a slightly higher powered one - so I bought a much higher powered one (with an 80+ Gold rating too) so I could add stuff both permanent and temporary without risking damage.It was quite hard to be certain that it was the PSU and not the motherboard without spare parts so I had no option but to guess. It was indeed the PSU that had failed even though the green wire test (look it up) would start the old PSU with just a spare hard drive.This one is very quiet. I actually found the cable lengths to be fine - a bit too long if anything but then I'm not trying to route them out of sight. They come with some simple velcro cable ties as well.I'm now hoping for a long life through my next PC builds.

Does the job

I have read reviews on this PSU as being bad, temperamental and poor build quality. I cannot agree. Out of all the parts I bought for my gaming computer (LGA2011 build so not cheap) this was the best packaged item. The fully modular design is brilliant and is great for cable management. Many people also complain about the ATX power connector being to short ... In a full sized GT lvl 10 case which is huge, it fit fine. The CPU power connector though didn't fit if I used the cable management system which hides the cables down the side of the case however an extension was supplied with my case anyway so that made little difference. All cables are covered with durable material and the connections to the adapters are well wrapped so no fear of coming loose. As for stability I have had no problems and heat doesn't seem to be an issue.

Good Power Supply

This is my replacement as the first one was faulty and was returned. The replacement works fine and quiet and I have had no problems with it. Plenty of cables for practically any device you may have. Looks nice as well.

I Hate Camera Straps

In 40 years of using SLR cameras I have never found a camera strap that works. Sticking a strap on an SLR may free two hands but what to do with the camera. Round the neck, over the shoulder, swing it by hand. Nothing really works, if the camera is not being used its in the way and ready to swing into the nearest solid object. if the camera is being used the damned strap is in the way. Every time I buy a new camera I fit the included strap. Why I bother I don't know as I always take it off again within 24 hours.Until I found the SpiderPro the nearest thing to a practical solution I had found was the Black Rapid strap which at least fitted to the tripod bush so the camera did not swing round when heavy lenses or a flash gun was fitted but now I have a Spider Pro does anyone want a second hand Black Rapid.OK it's not actually a strap but all I want is somewhere to safety put my camera when I am not using it, something that is reasonably safe and secure and something that does not strain neck, shoulders or camera and this thing ticks all the boxes. I have tried my Nikon D7000 with battery grip, heavy wide zoom tele, lens hood and large flash. Hang this lot round the neck and its unstable and extremely uncomfortable, hang it from a SpiderPro and the only problem is remembering its hanging from your waist when walking through doorways. Yes it really is that comfortable.The camera part screws into the tripod slot so yet something else that needs taking off when I want to fit a tripod bracket, No. The bracket has five standard screw threads, one takes the SpiderPro "pin" that clips in the belt holder and the other four can be used to permanently fix tripod bracket, wrist strap, etc. The belt part is beautifully engineered and very easy to use. Drop the camera pin in the slot and the camera locks in, press small catch with other hand and camera lifts out. Even if the facility to lock the catch open is used it is hard for the camera to come out of the clip by accident.I thought about this strap for weeks as over £100 for a belt to carry the camera seems really hard to justify. Now I wonder why I waited.

used this piece of equipment for the first time on my walk up snowden in north wales what can i say where do i start it was absolutly brilliant my hands were free no dragging on my neck and it fitted my not so slim waist comfortably the action to release is great and the camera was at my eye level within a second stunning photos taken would highly recommend to anybody.

WOW - Incredible Case!!!

I spent allot of time looking for a case to replace my Antec Fusion Remote Max HTPC Case. I'd done extensive research and it ended up in a toss between the Corsair 600T and the Silverstone FT02. I was tempted by the FT02, its unique design and a very sexy case, caught my attention. On closer inspection to the diameters, I felt the Corsair would be the better choice for me.The case was purchased from Overclockers UK as it had the cheapest unit price; next day delivery was the cheapest service, which suited me fine. The case arrived and WOW, it's massive. I was not prepared for the size of the case, but it suited my needs perfectly.The case came with 2x 200mm Corsair White LED fans and a black 120m fan at the back. Side panel had a mesh grill, which is not an issue for me as I can buy the side window from a 3rd party, and its build quality is outstanding. There is a slight chassis movement when the case is lifted from a lying position, holding opposite corners, but it's not likely to move unless I have a LAN event. CPU is now sitting at 11degree's idle, before it was 16. Not much of a drop, but it gives an indication to the cooling potential of this beast. The 120 & 200mm fans are nice & quiet and fan controller works like a dream.It's not 100% tool less, you'll need to screw your SSD's to the very flimsy HDD holders, but the clips which hold them in place, are strong enough. The cable management space is massive compared to some. At a guess it would have to be 1-1.5 Inches wide. Grommets are superb as it really helps make the case look tidy.The only down side to the case, if the front panel USB3 header is a USB extension not pins. My mobo has a pin connection for USB3, shame the case doesn't. This is my only gripe.If you are looking to get this case, let me tell you, from a very fussy enthusiast, just get it. It's spacious, easy to work with, stunning and has loads of potential. Perfect Case

This case is definitely large enough for any graphics card and has a huge amount of room for cable management and airflow. Accommodates the Corsair H100 via the dual 120mm fan mounts at the top and two more 120mm fans can sit on the other side of the case under the mesh. With room for nine 120mm fans and a 200m fan your components are definitely going to be kept cool! The mesh has a sponge filter on the other side to reduce the amount of dust entering the case, the mesh can be take off by pushing in and they simply pop off. The space round the back for cable management is more than enough and can easily take the 24-pin and other wires with room to spare! As you can see by the pictures of this product, the complete PC looks very clean inside because of all the space and should remain cool.

mmmm not convinced

Three stars only. Let me explain why. It took more than 5 days to arrive. When it did I was surprised to realise that this model only comes with the mesh side panel and not the perspex opional one that clips in. This is necessary to avoid excessive dust building up and the fans from working efficiently as the case should be sealed in order for the flow to work correctly. To purchase the side panel separately will cost in excess of £20 and is only offered as a complete side panel not simply the clip in window. If anyone finds one available or has one that they don't want please contact me as I am eager to create a proper sealed case. My case also had a broken back panel clip so removing the rear lower dust filter was not happening without also pulling the enitre rear of the case.A bit of araldite sorted it as I wasnt going to return another case and wait a random amount of time to build my long awaited new pc. The other case was the coolermaster silencio which was so poor quality I returned it immediately. Whining apart this case does the job perfectly but it truly is massive so much so it will have enough room for any build that you intend to do. Sadly only one front USB3 port and that is simply an extension cable that does not incorporate the 'mobo's of todays' onboard ports for front panel extensions. No instructions whatsoever, i still do not know what the little rubber things are for any ideas ? anyone !! They look like they are for the HD sliders but they already have clear ones mounted. Oh yeah also one of the little legs that push fit and support your hard drives 'toolfree' was missing not a biggie but all in all this will explain why 3 stars is given for a very expensive imo case that other reviews claim to be gorgeous and almost perfect...you decide but I am not impressed.

Got this card yesterday and fitted into a Dell that I use for gaming (not the best pc), works fine with a 300 WATT PSU even with all the settings maxed out on afterburner, would recommend to anyone as a low budget gaming card that can run pretty much anything, had Skyrim going on ultra settings and ive seen vid's of other games on max settings with 60-100 fps easy :)thanks, Matt

beware this card is not the card thats shown in the picture instead of the new dual fan desingh i recived the sun flower referance cooler, yet again amazon have not reviewed item befor listing to give a accurate discription and picture this has happend to me a few times now dissapointed yet again card its self is ok dose what it should but if buying to pair with a apu dont bother spend xtra on a decent card as you can only use primery onboard apu as main output thus bottlenecking graphics card

Dell 1907 FPT 19" TFT flat screen monitor.

Really quick delivery,well packed and in good nick from Sam's Next Day Dispatch. I already have this monitor but needed a second one to use on an older PC. Has both VGA and DVI input plus extra USB ports. Would have liked the USB up streaming cable as well though.
