Impressively useful

Far better than a separate torque wrench. Small, light, and easy to carry round the world.I can use this with my ordinary socket set and tighten very precisely. There is the odd thing where there is no room to get it in, but that is the exception. Frankly, I'd rather have this, and hand-tighten those one or two than have another torque wrench.I wanted this lower range of settings with a half inch drive, but that is not available, so I need to use adaptors with this (I don't carry duplicate sockets in different drive styles).The display is a bit small, and I have to remind myself how to set it every time I want to use it, but it is straightforward enough after that. So far the batteries have not needed changing, but when they do that is easy enough.It comes in a silly childish blow-moulded box shaped like a treasure chest. I'd have preferred something cuboid so I could stack them, but it did not take much effort to make a wooden box myself.

Small Oriental Garden Bridge

I bought this lovely garden bridge as a retirement gift through money given to me by my work colleagues. The bridge arrived very quickly and was very easy to put together which took no time at all. It looks perfect in our garden near our pond and shrubs. I would recommend the bridge for persons who want to put over a very small pond or amongst the plants. It looks good either way. The wood is great quality and well preserved.

A really well made and easy to complete product. The delivery was very quick and the item had been extremely well packaged to avoid damage in transit. I have bought similar outdoor wooden items from other suppliers but have never had such a well made product at such a good price. One warning to others is to measure your pond carefully as this item is small.

nice watch

as a thin boney wristed example of humanity I have always had a problem wearing watches, and it seems the more unusual or interesting watches are made larger and larger. at 40mm diameter this watch is small while still looking masculine, and it is incredible light weight to the point I hardly felt it on my arm during the day.the display is interesting and unusual, and for those who were wondering, its the viewing windows that rotate, not the numbers, so the look of the watch is different throughout the day. i have to dock half a star though because I would have preferred a single step movement on the hour indicator - when its getting close to the hour a quick glance can mean you mis-read the watch until you get used to it. however it is easier to read than many of the alternative THE ONE watches.

Love it!

Machine is making a superb job of my much overgrown lawn due to the weather. Delivery was quick - four working days. It was easy to put together and its easy to start every time. Very manouverable for a big machine and the grass just slides out of the box to empty. The hosepipe attachment makes cleaning a breeze. I'm really pleased with it.

Good Machine, shame about the customer service

Bought the lawn mower for the summer, obviously! worked for a while and then broke down. No help from customer services who told me all I could do was send it back at my expense, 45 kilos of hardware. Decided instead to go to you tube and learn what could be wrong. Took it apart and the carburettor was filthy and full of stuff, like in a brand new machine. Cleaned it and now it works like a dream. I was told to go to the authorites, i.e. trading standards as if that was a good thing, when all I wanted was a machine that worked. Be prepared to be fobbed off if anything goes wrong (trading standards ha ha) and dont wait around. Foreget the supplier, good machine.

a beast of a mower

delivery was within 3 days of ordering, everything included that should be there, simplicity itself to put together, very sturdy, with mulching and side chute options, only real gripes were the grass box a little too small for the machine, and the weight of it, however it is self propelled and excellent at its job, a great finnish to the lawn, very happy with it's performance.

Bright, long and very very white

These bulbs fit into a standard GU10 socket but are about 10mm longer than the usual halogen bulbs. They run nicely cool, draw about the rated current and are not quite as bright as a 50W halogen.The spread of light is OK (about 30 degrees either side of the centreline, I would estimate) and they are definitely a cool white with not a hint of yellow in them at all. Exquisite spotlights but not so good for general room illumination.

Does what it says on the box

Within seconds of opening this I was up and running and transfering my DVD's across (note you will need DVD to MPEG software to convert). Set up the directory structure just like you would on your PC (eg Movies, Music, Photos) and drag and drop the files across. USB transfer fairly fast transferring 38Gig in about half and hour.Once across connect to spare HDMI port on TV, change to channel and the menu displayed is just like on your PC (the menu system is a very clear and crisp font, a nice change from what you usually get on TV menu displays). Select in settings whether you want 720p/i or 1080p/i - depending on your TV and thats it, select the file and enjoy your movies. At an average 1.5Gb per movie ripped from the DVD this unit will hold in excess of 1000 movies, higher quality and blu ray rips will of course be bigger and use more space, so far the 720p rips I have are looking pretty goods on my 40" LCD.One final thing don't lose the remote there are no buttons on the unit.

Value for money but cumbersome

Bought this to download programmes and watch on TV via HDMI. Easy to set up but don't forget to buy the cable as extra. Needs the remote to turn it on whether it's connected to the TV or PC so don't lose it. Also needs the power supply all the time as well.On the plus side it's a 2Tb drive so loads of storage which makes it good value for money and I was impressed that it played ISOs straight off.There is a smaller more portable version (2.5 inch 500 Gb) which I would have gone for if I had realised how big ths one was because I won't need all the spaceAs mentioned earlier, well worth the price though

Brilliant

Great little bit of kit. I wanted a device to be able to store and play my ever expanding movie collection and i cant praise this enough. Brilliant storage and very easy to use. The only con is that there are no buttons on the device itself so if you lose or break the remote you may find yourself stuck. Other than that i can't fault it. Plus it was a bargain price!
