Ideal for rotten weather

What these trainers lack in flexibility they make up for in grip. They also give lots of instep support, & because I bought a size larger than usual, I have plenty of room for thermal socks in them. I am expecting to walk & run in them in ice & snow. The design looks exactly like the picture, but I bought them for function, not looks.

A really fresh scent

Clean Cotton is a gorgeous scent - it smells just like a pile of clean washing - really fresh.Like all the large jars the burning time is good. I've had mine burning for hours so far and there's still LOADS left.The only downside to the Clean Cotton jar in my opinion is that it isn't the strongest smelling scent. If you walk into a room whilst it's lit you can smell it but it's not hugely obvious like it is with many of the other Yankee scents.I'd say it's suitable all year round and for any room in the house.

Clean cotton is a lovely fresh clean smell. It would be hard not to like to be honest! Its equally suited to men and women. The smell is strong but not overpowering, i can easily smell it in the whole room and even into the hallway. Totally recommended, any yankee fan should own this scent!

Great shoes

A bad experience many years ago with some Brooks Chariots put me off the brand totally, but I was able to stick with others. As these manufacturers / models have gone over time I was left with only one shoe that seemed suitable for a heavy wide footed pronator, and it was these.I bought them with some trepidation, even with the discount these aren't the price of a cheap trainer, and hoped they would be OK. They are not OK, they are perfect, so comfortable right out of the box, excellent length and width for my big feet and keep my feet stable not only on roads but on grass and muddy paths. I shall be looking out to get another pair soon.

These things have soles thicker than my foot - they are practically platforms. But they keep my pronation at bay more than anything else I have worn, are rock solid, and have got me back into marathon running. Win.

Not cheap, but It worthy....This is My third pair of brooks....I love this branch...Perfect shoe for overpronators,if you don't care about the extra weight of the shoe(400gr), It is perfect, in support avoiding injuries, they provide a correct confort and has the right ventilation for the heater days.....and the best of all is that there are nearly indestructible....I run for tracks every day, and none scratch.If your weight is under 75Kg, I recommended better go to the brooks adiction 9 model,cheaper and ligher, more flexible(less plant cushion in oposition) and the same charts.I ordered my second pair ;)

Great shoes
