Great product - great service

This is a seriously good piece of kit. Handsfree operation excellent. Stuffed full of features. Nice integration with Outlook. If you're going to buy one, get it from Sotel; their customer service is excellent.Be aware it's a German phone - you can set the display language to English and although the userguide is in German, they supply a CD version in English, which is probably more useful. The one thing that stays in German are the spoken information messages on the answerphone - so when you play your messages it tells you you have a message, and how many you have, in German. This is really not a problem even if you don't speak German as the display tells you all that stuff in English as well.

Gigaset DL500A + C610H extra extra handsetDoes all what it says under the manufactures description - great design - crystal clear reception on both handset, hands free & answer phone, hearing levels can be adjusted to suit user.Set up: very easy once the initial connections are made, it basically sets itself up with input from the user on an easy to understand menu driven selection process, the information display screen is clearly visible and has many options along with those one would normally expectI was slightly dubious about purchasing after reading other reviews regarding language - I've had no problems, just select English from the various languages on the initial set up menu, also the answer phone information messages are in English.I purchased this product from IiGo it arrived on the suggested delivery date; IiGo informed me that there was a slight delay due to production with the English instruction manual, this duly arrived a couple of days later, that was no problem as full instructions are available with the supplied CD or can be downloaded from the Siemens web site.I am pleased with this item and would definitely purchase further products from IiGo as and when required.

Incomplete

Missing quick set up guide, so trying to work through 191 pages of instructions on how to set up.The item is German and states it comes with a European to UK power adaptor. As there are 2 phones it needs 2 adapters. As it was not supplied with any adapters it will now cost me a further £12 to buy adapters to make it work
