For pet owners

I've just bought this after months of struggling to clean up after my pet. It had a few bad reviews on line because it's too noisy and heavy. Yes it's noisy, and probably heavier than most vacuums, but I would think the average person would be able to handle it reasonably easily, even for cleaning on the stairs. This is a very powerful cleaner, but I am so impressed with the results. My carpets have never been so clean, and the accessories are really great for hard-to-reach areas. I cannot rate this highly enough especially at such a reasonable price.
