Meet the new generation Xpelair Slimline SL150HT fan, with wall hugging wafer-thin grilles designed for modern living. White in colour, ideal for domestic bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets and other small rooms. With an internal projection of only 10mm, the 150mm Xpelair Slimline unit is one of the lowest profile bathroom fans available. But the Slimline SL150HT doesn’t just have a pretty face, installation is simple too. Two adjustable QuickClamp fixings make traditional wall plug and screw fixings a thing of the past. This model has both a built in adjustable humidistat and an integrated overrun timer that is adjustable from 3 to 15 minutes to eliminate nuisance tripping. The IPX4 rated unit fully meet the requirements of the Building Regulations for bathrooms, toilets and kitchens and the IP requirements for zone 1 and zone 2 as defined by the IEE Wiring Regulations (16th Edition) BS7671:2001. Suitable for a supply voltage of 220-230V 50Hz and ambient temperatures up to 40ºC.

Excellent product

I bought two of these humidistat fans to put in student tenanted properties where the showers seem to be on constantly and condensation was quite a problem. The timer fans were not efficient enough, but the humidistat fan has solved the problem. Definately worth the money and they are very neat to look at too.
