It arrived within one week, usual excellent service from most sellers on Amazon. The jacket is very black, despite appearing dark brown online. There are pockets in the elbows which appear to be for elbow pads but that they are too small to fit any decent pads in. This is not a functional biker jacket, but as a fashion statement it works. At 5 7' and relatively thickset for 18yr old, it fits well and after 2 months of wear there are no rips or tears visible. Although there is minimal padding, this is one of the warmest jackets i own and is completely waterproof; a tee and this is all i ever need to wear. The only bad point is the leather smell which, if you decide to buy a leather jacket, is it to be expected.Altogether, a great buy
