great hard drive

I am in the business of photography and photo editing and having a reliable hard drive is essential to my business. I have tried many different hard drives including the Hitachi Touro Desk Pro 3TB Hard Drive and I was very impressed and happy with the performance. The one feature that really caught my eye is how fast the data transfer rate was.

i was extremely surprised how good this brand of hard drive, i am usually used to using hard drives by Western Digital and Seagate but i wanted a 3 TB hard drive to backup the many files i have for safe storage. i came across the Hitachi Touro Dest Pro for a good price and as for the performance i was extremely impressed. it was very quite, does not occupy a lot of space, and above all the transfer speed was shocking fast. i will very much recommend this for anybody who wants to back up their files for safe storage.

This is the third 3TB Hitachi Touro external drive I have purchased. Like the others its simplicity itself-just plug and play. Not had any problems with them. Cannot say the same for the 2xIcy box enclosures and 2x3 TB Seagate hard drives I had previously. Both had the same fault- indiscriminately corrupting the partition table and loss of partition with data loss- not something that's very funny when you have just spent 2 weeks loading them with 600 DVD images. A painful lesson for all those (like me)-not to buy a separate hard drive and external enclosure because when problems arise the enclosure maker blames the hard drive manufacturer, and the hard drive manufacturer blame the enclosure maker. If anything goes wrong here it's a simple one stop shop under the guarantee.-But you won't need it. This may be a little more expensive than going the separate drive and enclosure route but well worth it- fully integrated and purpose built.-Just need 1 more now!
