The 496 with QR RC2 Plate Compact Ball Head has been totally redesigned for better ease of use.

some thing for the Amature

If you are looking for a tripod and are not too concerned about the weight then this is alright. It is well made and very strong but I think the price is a bit on the high side so it would pay to look around before buying. It is of course very strong.
