Convenient, quiet and adequate power

We bought this to always have a vacuum handy in the kitchen/living area. For that purpose it is much better than a regular dust-buster because you can vacuum large floor areas easily. The unit and charger are very compact and well designed. I'm not crazy about the orange and white colour - grey/black would have been more subtle for something always on display.I like:Easy to assembleEasy to use - swivelling head makes it easy to negotiate furniture legsFairly quietPowerful enough to pick up crumbs/wife's long hairBattery lasts long enough to clean our flat - laminate and carpetHandy to be able to use the dutbuster piece on its ownQuick release to empty the dirt containerI wish:If it came with a wider tool for vacuuming stair carpets I would have given it 5 stars. The supplied brush is a very small diameter suitable only for base boards etc.Of course bagless means you occasionally have to get your hands dirty to give the filters a good clean.If the battery could be replaced (as it can on US models apparently) I think it would last years. According to the manual, running flat and charging for 24 hours once a month will keep the battery in good condition.

I got this for my mom, we got 2 dogs and this was supposed to replace the traditional sweeping,and so far so good. We have hard floor and bambo carpets so the suction power fell good.It's easy to assemble, light and very easy to use and clean. The only down size is the price, if I hadn't find it at a discount (-£50 less) I probably got another chip model, because cordless vacuum don't life for many year's

So impressed got two, one for my mother who has difficulty with arthritic wrists, and one for a freind, who wanted one after seeing my mothers for her aging aunt. Its light, easy to manover, and decent pick up. OK it,s may not be as good as a mains voltage for pick up, but it does not have the weight of a mains voltage and does what it's intended for very well.
