Manfrotto 562b-1 monopod and the 501 hdv head

Really impressed with the 562b-1 monopod and the 501 hdv head, went for the 501 head as using loaded up Sony z1 so can get a bit heavy but this set up is superb, so much so have ordered again for my wife to use instead of normal tripod on 1 leg, when it's your job we have to soldier though never felt the need for a monopod so back peddling on this one, did the usual reviews plus you tube, bit bothered about not being totally fluid head , internet gives negative thoughts etc, but nothing worth any concern other than tearing things to shreds like some folk like to do on the web, it seems a pastime to them, but all in all worth every penny spent not overpriced at all as it's a setup that fits the bill and does its job better than expected
