so worth it!

We bought the pink & purple mid-sleeper bed with the tunnel package for our 2 1/2 year old and she loves it! We purchased a regular sized single mattress (3' x 6'3" and 7" deep) knowing there would be a few inches gap at the end so she could easily keep some stuffed animals by her head. If you do not want a gap there get a longer single- I think 200 cm- but email them to verify. It is very sturdy and can also be put together as a single bed.The delivery was amazingly quick even to the Isle of Wight and was less than a week from the time I placed the order online to the time it arrived, which is a heck of a lot faster than our horrible experience with Mattress "Next Day" which actually took 3 months for them to deliver one mattress and one damaged bed-frame the whole while giving me really bad customer service (they delivered the bed frame with out the parts and then sent parts in the regular mail which never got to us and when we did get parts half were missing).I also received a very quick response to my questions when looking into this mid-sleeper bed and really appreciate good customer service which is so hard to find these days. So if you "aren't sure" go for it- your child will be delighted!

We bought this recently for our daughter. This is a really sturdy bed and took both my husband and I about 2 hours to put together. My daughter is really happy with it and its handy to have the extra floorspace that the mid sleeper provides - she has already piled all her dolls in the little wendy house at the bottom. I think it will last for quite a few years - might even last as a hand-me-down to my youngest!
